Stichting Heart Y Smile vindt dat iedereen recht heeft om mee te doen in de maatschappij. We willen ervoor zorgen dat de mentale en fysieke gesteldheid van de mensen verbetert, door mensen actiever te maken en te behouden. Dit doen we door behartiging van de individuele en collectieve belangen. En door het bevorderen van het welzijn van mensen, middels maatschappelijke dienstverlening, schuldhulp begeleiding, juridische hulp, diverse activiteiten en hulp van ervaringsdeskundigen.
