Stichting Heart Y Smile vindt dat iedereen recht heeft om volwaardig mee te doen in de samenleving. Wij zetten ons in om de mentale én fysieke gesteldheid van mensen te verbeteren, door hen actiever te maken én te houden. Dat doen we door zowel de individuele als collectieve belangen te behartigen via buurtinitiatieven. Daarnaast bevorderen we het welzijn van mensen via maatschappelijke dienstverlening, schuldhulpverlening, uiteenlopende activiteiten en hulp van ervaringsdeskundigen.
